Green Chili Shrimp Cocktail
What you will need:
1 pound tomatillos
, husked (or prepared canned)
One 4 ounce can green chilies
1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
1/2 lime zest and juiced
2 cloves garlic mashed
1 jalapeño chili seeded
1 pound large Sautéed
shrimp
OK, here we go:
If using fresh tomatillos, preheat broiler
Placing tomatillos on a baking sheet
Broil on each side until charred 8 to 10 minutes
Now mix it up:
In a food processor, puree chilies, cilantro, lime zest
lime juice, garlic and jalapeño
Serve sauce chilled or warmed
with shrimp arranged as desired
