An Ode to the Pleasures of Food

 Lemon Cream Fruit Tart with raspberry liqueur

What you will need:
12 inch  tart shell (available in produce or bakery departments)
2 ounces chilled rasberry liqueur (like Chambord)
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/3 cup lemon curd
1/4 cup yellow kiwi
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup blackcherries, pitted
1/4 cup strawberries
Note: You can substitute with any fresh fruit

Here we go:
 Put tart shell plate and douse with the liqueur
 In a small bowl whisk or beat the cream, mascarpone cheese, cream cheese 
and lemon curd to combine
 Fill the tart with the cheese mixture and top with the fruits

Champagne or Sparkling wine
And sliced Brie
