Lobster and Shrimp Cakes

We are going to put a bit of a twist on the American favorite "Crab Cakes"
Total time 20 minutes or less
Serves 4
What you will need:
1 pound of cooked and peeled shrimp
1/2 pound cooked peeled lobster tail
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon cumin
ground
3/4 teaspoon red sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon cilantro finely chopped
2 teaspoons orange zest
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup flour
Lets get cooking:
In a food processor, combine shrimp, lobster until coarsely chopped
add jalapeño, orange zest, salt and pepper
Shape 8 patties and dredge in flour
In a skillet heat oil over medium heat
Cook patties until golden brown on each side
for about 2 minutes on each side
Pairing:
Any of these whites would serve to enhance this dish
Sauvignon Blanc,Riesling or Champagne
Serve with a spring salad or my favorite fruit and cheese
