Recipe - Crudités

Crudités
(Marinated Raw Vegetables)

What you will need: 
4 large carrots cut into thin sticks
2 large red peppers cut into strips
1 bunch petite asparagus spears
4 stalks celery, cut into thin sticks
1 1/2 cups marinade

Marinade:
1 1/4 cup of avocado oil
4 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
2 small cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare it:
Mix all ingredients for marinade together with a Wisk until incorporated
Divide marinade into 4 bowls
Place washed vegetables in individual bowls, keeping them separate
Toss making sure that vegetables are well coated
Chill for eight to twelve hours
Once chilled drain vegetables of excess marinade
Place on a serving platter
You know what we say, don't be afraid to experiment
Use varied vegetables, and or herbs for the marinade
