Macadamia White Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Ingredients
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup light brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 cup (4 oz) macadamia nuts
1 ½ cups (8 oz) white chocolate bar
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
In a medium bowl
In a large bowl with an electric mixer
Add the flour mixture and chocolate chunks, and blend at low speed until just combined. (DO NOT OVERMIX).
Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets
*Note - if desired, add two tablespoons of shredded coconut
