Chocolate Cocktails
What you will need:
3 scoops chocolate ice cream
1 banana
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 
2 ounces tequila
Let’s get blending:
In a blender
, combine all ingredients, blend until incorporated
, combine all ingredients, blend until incorporatedBlend well and pour into chilled cocktail glasses
Chocolate Almond Cognac
What you will need:
3 ounces cognac
2 ounces amaretto
Chocolate syrup
Let’s get shaken:
Fill 2 pint glasses or shakers with ice
Pour half cognac in each
Add 1 ounce of amaretto to each
Add a dash of chocolate syrup
Shake and pour into chilled glasses
Garnish with fresh basil or mint leaves
Chocolate Rum
What you will need:
3 ounces Dark Rum
1 ounce chocolate liqueur
1 ounce Irish cream liqueur
1 ounce mint liqueur
Let’s get shaken:
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into cocktail glasses
The Mudslide
What you will need:
Chocolate syrup, 2 tbsp
3 ounces Coffee flavored liqueur
3 Irish cream liqueur
3 ounces gin
Whipped cream
Let’s get blending:
Combine all the above ingredients, except the cream, in a blender
Garnish with whipped cream
Hazelnut Dreams
What you will need:
2 ounces brewed Hazelnut Coffee, at room temperature
2 ounces half and half
2 ounces chocolate liqueur
3 ounces brandy
1 teaspoon sugar
Ice
Let’s get blending:
